Hi, I’m Wesley. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed MT. My journey into online personal training began with my own struggles in fitness. Growing up overweight, I turned to swimming and weightlifting to lose the weight—but I ended up with sciatica and shoulder arthritis at just age 19. I realized I was doing too much, too soon, with poor technique.
That’s when I decided to help others avoid the same mistakes. I noticed a lack of programs designed for beginners and older adults, with most workouts geared toward advanced individuals in their 20s and 30s—often unsafe for a beginner starting fresh. My mission is to create safe, effective fitness plans tailored to your needs, no matter your age or experience.
