1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using EU-now.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

EU-now.com is an online platform for preparing for EPSO (European Personnel Selection Office) competitions. We provide practice questions, AI-powered essay evaluation, an AI tutor, study planning tools, and exam simulations.

EU-now.com is not affiliated with EPSO or any EU institution. Our questions are generated and verified independently. We do not guarantee exam success.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One person per account; accounts are non-transferable
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Free tier — limited access, no payment required
  • CAST Ready — €14.99/month, full reasoning test access
  • AST — €24.99/month and AD — €29.99/month, all features including essay and specialist content
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining days
  • Once the questions have been delivered, the service counts as provided and is not refunded (section 5)

5. Refunds

Your access starts as soon as the payment goes through. Once the questions have been delivered to you, the service counts as provided and the purchase is not refunded. This applies to every purchase made from 30 October 2026. The exceptions — duplicate charges, extended outages, billing errors — are listed in our refund policy.

5.1 Purchases made before 30 October 2026

This is not retroactive. If you bought before 30 October 2026 — including a free trial started before that date — you keep the terms you bought under: 14 days from the day you buy to withdraw, without giving a reason, even if you have already used the platform. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to support@eu-now.com before the 14 days are up; you may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We refund the full amount within 14 days, to the payment method you paid with. Your access ends when the refund is issued, and your account is closed and its practice history deleted with it.

5.2 Internal Competition 2026 Pass

Since 22 September 2026 the Internal Competition 2026 Pass is sold with immediate access: at checkout we ask you to expressly request that access begins immediately and to acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has begun. You tick that box yourself — it is never pre-ticked, and without it we do not sell you the Pass. We record which version of these terms you accepted, when, and in which language, and your order email confirms it back to you. This is Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. A Pass bought before 22 September 2026 keeps the full 14 days.

6. AI features

Essay evaluation and the AI tutor (EUgenio) use third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude). By using these features, you consent to your text being processed by Anthropic. See our Privacy Policy section 4 for details.

  • AI evaluations are indicative and do not represent official EPSO scoring
  • AI-generated feedback may contain errors; use your own judgment
  • Do not submit personal or sensitive information in essays or tutor chats

7. Content and intellectual property

  • All platform content (questions, explanations, articles) is owned by EU-now.com
  • You may not copy, distribute, or sell our questions or content
  • Essays you write remain your intellectual property
  • By submitting essays, you grant us a license to process them for evaluation purposes only

8. Prohibited use

  • Sharing your account credentials with others
  • Scraping, automating, or bulk-downloading content
  • Reverse-engineering the platform or AI systems
  • Using the platform for any purpose other than EPSO preparation
  • Submitting offensive, illegal, or harmful content

9. Limitation of liability

EU-now.com provides educational preparation tools on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • Exam success or specific scores
  • Accuracy of AI evaluations
  • Uninterrupted availability of the platform
  • That our content matches the exact format of future EPSO exams

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
