A
Der Rat ergreift diese Maßnahmen im Rahmen des allgemeinen Verfahrens gemäß Artikel 126(14) TFEU, das auf alle Mitgliedstaaten zutrifft.
B
Alle Mitglieder des Rates stimmen mit einstimmigem Ja zur Gewährleistung vollständiger Einigkeit in Bezug auf die Budgetdisziplin ab.
C
Nur Mitglieder des Rates, die für Mitgliedstaaten sprechen, deren Währung der Euro ist, nehmen am Abstimmungsprozess teil und es gelten eine qualifizierte Mehrheit im Sinne von Artikel 238(3)(a) TFEU.
D
Die Europäische Kommission und der Rat stimmen gemeinsam mit qualifizierter Mehrheit ab, um diese speziellen EMU-Maßnahmen zu ergreifen.
